DILERA TOPALOGLU
Turkish expressionist painter Dilera Topaloglu born on January 15th, 1979 in Istanbul.
She studied fine arts at Barry University in Miami and accessory design at University of Miami. Upon completing her studies in 2007 she returned to Istanbul.
She has been working with Mustafa Ozel at the Altamira Art since 2016, giving life to her colorful paintings.
In her paintings, she utilizes strong and striking color techniques which span across both realistic and abstract touches. She incorporates acrylic paint, collaging and assemblage into her creations.
During her improvised creative process, she captures the fleeting emotions of the moment in vivid color transitions, while exploring the interaction of acrylic paint with such speed.
The bright and saturated colors in Dilera’s paintings transcend beyond the mundanities of everyday lifem while emphasizing her abstract and expressionistic plastic reality.

Also as a traveling enthusiast Dilera walked the El Camino de Santiago pilgrimage in Spain and published her first book "My Camino Diary" in January 2019 about her Camino experience.
